Absolutely enjoy training at ElevateHer. It's a welcoming and supportive space for mums. The trainers are knowledgeable, friendly and always push you to do your best whilst making you feel comfortable. Its the perfect place to focus on your goals and make you feel good about yourself. Dealing with post partum anxiety this gym and community has made a world of difference, I feel supported in exercise where the trainers are putting individual needs first and so grateful for the amazing child care staff . Having them in the room with the gym has helped my ppa knowing I can see and hear my daughter has improved my mental health exponentially. I look forward to showing up here which I have never felt about any gym ever.
Great experience! Team is very knowledgeable and understanding. Gave me the confidence to get back into exercise while having two young kids. A wonderful gym especially for mums!
