Great gym and great community of women to work out with. Before starting at ElevateHer I had never been to a gym but now I have the confidence to enjoy heading to the gym each day I can get there. Extra bonus having the creche so close and being able to seeing my kids so I can work out with full confidence knowing they’re happily playing right next to me in the safety of the child minding area.

I’m so glad I found this place. I thought I’d never be able to find somewhere to train again since having my son, who made going anywhere and doing most things feel impossible. Then, after my first trial class at ElevateHER was a fail because of said child’s meltdown, I was made to feel so comfortable and welcomed back. I returned and had a successful workout, and am so happy I did return, because now I go 2-3 times per week and it’s something we both look forward to. I’ve been going to ElevateHER for a few years now. It is the only gym I’ve been to that has supported me through postpartum, pregnancy and postpartum again! Workouts are tailored to my personal needs without prompting (how they remember everyone’s specific needs I’ll never know!) while still giving me the opportunity to push myself and build my strength back up. The gym is free of intimidation and such a warm and welcoming environment.
