ElevateHER Fitness is an incredible gym! From the moment you walk in, everyone is so welcoming, supportive, and completely non-judgmental — it’s truly a safe space. The empowerfit classes are amazing and give you the freedom to go at your own pace, with just the right amount of encouragement to push yourself further. Sarah and Paris are absolutely fantastic coaches and the members are all so friendly. I always leave feeling stronger, happier and more confident. Highly recommend!

I first joined ElevateHER two months ago at 9 months post partum. It is a lovely community and is a judgement free zone. I’m enjoying moving my body, pushing myself each week, meeting and chatting with new ladies and the different classes options each week! At my very first Cardio session I saw Bec with my baby doing laps in the carpark with another ladies baby in the pram I thought it was so sweet, later in the class I saw Dave holding my baby too. This gym is such a positive, supportive environment and I’m so glad I joined! After having my second baby getting back into exercise felt daunting but the staff have been incredibly welcoming and I’ve felt comfortable from day one. The open crèche is such a bonus as well, I love being able to see my kids while I work out.

I was recommended this gym by another mum at baby swim lessons. From the get go everyone is so friendly and the community is close and supportive. I love the fact that the creche is included (no extra charge like some gyms) and that my daughter is nearby. I can see her and she can see me through the fence. The staff working in the creche are always super friendly. My daughter likes going too which is a massive bonus. Now I'm the one telling all the other mums at baby swim lessons to come down.

Elevate Her is such a great place. The classes are really good and easy to follow, and the trainers explain things in a way that makes sense. They’re also super supportive and always checking in, which makes you feel really looked after. The whole vibe is friendly and motivating, and it’s clear they genuinely care about everyone’s progress. Highly recommend!
