I’ve been a member at Elevated Boat Club for about a year now, and it’s been nothing short of fantastic. The customer service is always top-notch—everyone’s friendly, helpful, and genuinely passionate about making sure members have a great time. The boats themselves are always in excellent shape, and the overall experience out on the water is just unbeatable. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a premium, hassle-free boating experience.
We joined the boat club this summer and it has been fantastic: game changer for us living in Lake Tahoe. Chris and Kevin are professional, punctual, and attentive. All the fun of owning a boat without any of the headaches. They are always on time. -quite flexible and attentive. Incredible rude and racist people! When I called I guess the thought I was not from here and I was doing tourism. The guy hang out my call and blocked me my friends tried to call too but he ignored the calls. “He mentioned this is a private beach” without even knowing if we had a membership or not we only asked him for his location and he treated us terrible ! Good luck with your business if you are blocking your possible clients.
Very unprofessional and very rude guys who work there. Thanks God we did not rent anything from them. Me and my friend tried call to find their location and they were incredibly rude. We tried to call again and they turn off the calls and block us. I don't know how they handle this business probably all the rest of the reviews are made up because I see many real reviews that had worse experiences than me with this guys. Please make yourself a favor and don't even call them !
