Nice clean Gym. Everyone is encouraging and helpful. It is a comfortable atmosphere.
Finding a space for Olympic weightlifting in London has been challenging. Grace has been able to provide a space for those looking to grow in Olympic weightlifting as either a hobby or to pursue their competitive potential. The new Strength Haven Barbell team is now able to call Elevated Training Center home and I couldn’t be happier! If you are looking for a gym space for strength and conditioning, kickboxing and general group strength classes. This is the place for you!
