Excellent Service and quality. Amazing experience From start to finish. Their team was knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect stone for my space. The selection of granite was impressive, with many colors and patterns to choose from. The installation crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid great attention to detail. We had a wonderful experience working with Elevated Stoneworkz. We had our kitchen countertops replaced which was a small project, but Yuri made us feel like we were an important client with a big project. He guided us through each step, answered all our questions and concerns, was communicative and responsive. Yuri was also very patient with the time I needed to make design decisions and never pushy. The install looks amazing and we’re so happy with the new look - it’s very good quality. I would recommend them to anyone!
Edit to clarify the business response: I emailed the kitchen plans a few weeks back in preparation for the remodel. Last week I called and asked to give me the price. I texted the exact quartz type, and I was promised that I would get an estimate in the next 24 hours. I haven't heard for a week, so I called back and was told that the quartz that I want is not available anymore. I did a quick search, and another supplier had it in stock. Had to share this before and after! We had a few hiccups but overall, Yuri and his team were great. They were patient and very friendly. Would use them again! Our new marble fireplace elevates the entire room and we absolutely love how it turned out.
Came down to look at getting a price on counter tops. At 1:30 on a Friday. Called number on door and the guys was pretty put off that I called to try and get price. I'll take my business else where.
