We scheduled the appointment with Elevated roofing for annual inspection and to checkout the leak in one of the rooms. Ryan Marron showed up on time and he was very approachable. After inspecting the entire roof he went extra mile by fixing holes and gaps on certain area that were causing a leak. After that he provided full details of his inspection. Called after appointment set and disinterested in keeping appointment or performing quote. Very disappointed. Glad to find out now instead of later they don't seem reliable. Today received a call from another representative of the company expressing his remorse of the initial encounter. Have rescheduled for the estimate to be done next week. Will update my review accordingly.

I usually don't take the time to write reviews unless the service or product was extraordinary and exceeded expectations or the value and return on investment was greatly in my favor. All of the above applies to Elevated Roofing and specifically Mike Witte. The experience of replacing a roof and all of the varying aspects of managing that such as insurance, HOA, etc, etc. was similar to that of a 5 star hotel VIP concierge experience.
