Ian is very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Best to just stop by between 10am and 3pm and talk to Ian about what you need. He runs a very busy shop and it’s hard to catch him on the phone.
Ian( owner/operator) was so very amazing with helping me repair/secure/educate me on my RV trailer that was in dire need to make safe on my travels. He was so cool to jump right in and drop everything to help me on the spot! Helped me decompress from panic mode 😁! I highly recommend this shop for anything and everything!!
Ian was the absolute best! we stopped by to get an oil change and he was so kind and helpful! went above and beyond to help us!
Passing by Oakhurst California on my way to SF, I realized I had a flat tire. After a bad experience with another shop nearby, I found this gem. Anthony and Ian offered excellent support and service. Changed the tube, lubed the chain, drive tested the bike and off I was.
I wouldn’t take any of my vehicles, boats or off road toys here. They do NOT know what they are doing. I took my boat in there because the sea pump wasn’t pumping water and they couldn’t figure it out. They had my boat for months and still couldn’t figure it out. When I went to pick my boat up the owner yelled and cussed at my buddy to get out of his office then got hostile with me when I inquired why my bill was so high for them NOT being able to fix the problem.
