Hired Chef James to cater our wedding last summer. Brought an on site BBQ set up that was delicious. Worked with us to provide some options for the kids and vegetarians. Friendly and hard working staff.
We hired James and crew for a big function. The entire team from booking to cleaning up was professional and friendly. The food was amazing and on time. They run a great ship and would hire again 🩷
Hired James/ Elevated Plat Catering for an 80+ guest staff party. James was great to work with and was able to accommodate our groups dietary restrictions. There was plenty of amazing food, enjoyed by all. Would highly recommend for any occasion!
