Worth Every Visit! I started at Elevated Performance over a year ago dealing with migraines, sciatica, and hip and knee arthritis. Since then, my quality of life has improved dramatically. Dina, Carrie, Tim, and Brian took the time to listen and built a treatment plan that actually worked. when you are active and having chronic pain… doing consistent chiropractic and Physical Therapy services… i still had struggled with no long term results! My neck hurt so bad just to lay my head down! This technique should be the first step! trust Tim and the team, they understand the body… Stretches, exercise and skills to rehabilitate! 10 stars!
Effective treatment and kind staff. Amazing and thoughtful personal training. Go strong core is a class everyone should take. I feel like I have been gifted a new body. Prt gets to the root of the issue and with Chantel’s training I have regained mobility that I did not know I was even capable of. I recommend elevated performance to everyone who wants to improve their health
I went with back pain and some numbness and pain in my leg. The treatment was gentle , mostly, but most importantly, effective. I am not claiming to be cured, but I am helped and grateful for it.
This place is the best! Tim saved me. I had lower back pain for years. Endless chiropractors and physical therapists did nothing but make it worse. My daughter talked me into trying Tim! Total relief! Zero pain. I can’t recommend Tim and Elevated Performance enough! He got my daughter completely out of SI pain too. So grateful for him and all he does to help people every single day!
