I recently suffered a Right shoulder dislocation, Mtn Bike accident-Short story is traditional Med-Doc Orthopod did Xray MRI no breaks and he wanted to give Pain Meds anti inflammatory and PT. I did not do either. I was sucking it up knowing that was not the thing my body needed or wanted. the pain was intense.
