I am changing my evaluation from 5 to 1 star. The original installation of the window film was great, there was no argument there. However, unfortunately due to a coating on the glass of my windows, the application of the film caused a visual fogging of the windows. I believe I should have been aware this was a possibility. The ground floor film was removed by Yan, and at that time he verbally agreed to refund 50% of the price of the original installation. Yan is exceptional at what he does. I have had Yan work on both my car and my home, and wouldn't recommend anyone else. He is extremely knowledgable and passionate about his work, and it shows. Absolutely 10/10 - highly recommend.

Yan was truly fantastic to work with. He was quick and organized and helped us to make the best decision for our situation. Thank you Yan for such amazing service. We love the privacy and shade that the tint allows to our living space. We couldn't even tell it was on there.. no bubbles, no imperfections.
