Yan was beyond wonderful the entire process. He is detailed, kind and great at explaining everything. I could not be more thrilled with the work he did tinting the windows in my house. Highly recommend! Yan is super knowledgeable and responsive. Came and showed us all the options and helped us decide which option worked for our home. Install was top notch. I am changing my evaluation from 5 to 1 star. The original installation of the window film was great, there was no argument there. However, unfortunately due to a coating on the glass of my windows, the application of the film caused a visual fogging of the windows. I believe I should have been aware this was a possibility. The ground floor film was removed by Yan, and at that time he verbally agreed to refund 50% of the price of the original installation.
