This is the 2nd fence we've had installed from Elevated Fence, but also probably our last. The fences have looked great but both times the gates have had problems with the latching mechanism that needed adjusting. Each time our dogs have been able to push the gate open. The first time we were able to temporarily secure it until someone was able to come out and fix it. Tony came out on April 28th for an estimate on my chain-link and wood fence. He was very nice and took lots of notes. Said I would get the estimate in two days on Wednesday the April 30th. I hadn’t received anything so I called him in Friday May 2nd and he said he thought he sent it and would resend. He says exactly the same thing again when I call him on May 12th again verified the email address and all was correct. I checked my regular, other, and my spam folders and nothing.
