I can’t say enough wonderful things about Kyley and Kristyn from Elevated Events! From start to finish, everything was organized, professional, and thoughtfully put together. The communication was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and you could really tell how much time and effort went into creating a great experience for both the vendors and the customers. Reasonable but really needed a much bigger venue to accommodate the number of vendors. was far too cramped.
Kyley was our day of coordinator for our wedding on Sept 5, 2026 at SAIT. Love how he kept a cool and calm demeanour amidst what felt like chaos at times. He was so helpful communicating with all the vendors and making sure everything went according to plan. He had extra batteries for our candles that were missing some, and helped moved tables so the dance floor could be in full force! The whole day went so smoothly - couldn’t have done it without him! Highly recommend :)
Attended a wedding recently that this group were the wedding planners. I wouldn't recommend them. They didn't set things up how the bride wanted, the wedding was delayed by a lot, they were still setting up while people were trying to sit inside, the bar ran out of cups. We noticed the cake didnt have a cake topper and when i asked about it i found out the coordinators had lost it! I knew the groom was soo excited about it too so that was super disappointing. Absolutely horrible. Avoid their wedding planning service at all cost. They’ll add even more stress during your busiest and most stressful time and throughout the whole process. They’ll spend more time arguing and raising their voice at you than helping you. They’ll also be looking to add on additional costs at every turn as their first instinct, even for items included in the contract or in writing in email.
