Simone was very welcoming and kind during our appointment. she made sure i was comfortable and the wax wasn’t too hot throughout the appointment. i also really appreciate her explaining everything she was about to do before she did it and not counting before pulling off the wax strips!! it really helped me have less fear of the pain. 10/10 recommend and will be booking her again!!
