On May 14 after paying a 75% down payment in advance for 3 sensors to be added to my alarm system - which Bravas had installed and was monitoring for several years - my security system was updated...or so I thought. The next day about 5:30 pm while away from my home, I was notified by the alarm monitoring station that my alarm was going off so the police had been called. Real pros. Real Smart. Real Good. Long story made shorter...I was not a client of theirs. I called to have them come and fix a theatre room problem which resulted from another outfit not doing a good job with the component stack and a mess of wires which would make a spaghetti bowl look organized. Trent told me in advance that they'd do their best but wanted me to fully understand how they'd bill me for the time regardless.
