Paid over $12K to have a deck built, had problems with build since it was completed (very poor quality and workmanship) been put off now for over a year, Ed the owner keeps PROMISING he will take care of it, still nothing has been done, and now does not respond to anything. Filed complaint with BBB, just don’t want to see anyone go through what I’m going through with this company. When we were looking for someone to make repairs to outdoor shed, I was happy to come across Elevated construction. All other places we had called were unresponsive but Ed came right out, gave quote, and got the job done quickly. So when we had a window that needed replaced, elevated construction was my first go-to. Again, Ed was responsive in a timely manner and the job was done quickly.
