Tech was timely, helpful and informative.
Zach was great. He trouble shot our AC system and was able to find the issues and repair them quickly. He also explained what he was doing and what he thought caused it as well as things to look out for in the future. Definitely will call Elevated Comfort again in the future and request Zach is possible.
I appreciate that I got the same service technician Zach for my A/C a year later, these days it’s rare to see the same technician twice. He is so thorough, knowledgeable, professional and personable!
