The whole staff at Elevated Comfort went above and beyond. They ran into some problems installing the mini split system due to unexpected idiosyncrasies in the design of my space, and it took a while to find a solution that worked. The serviceman who stopped by could not access my heating unit due to some shelving my son's had installed. I was unaware as have never needed to access the heating unit. He helped me reset my Nest thermostat with the agreement that I would contact him after the shelves were moved. No charge and greatly appreciated.
Very professional. Responded to inquiry in under 24hr. Install process smooth and efficient.
My whole experience from working with JP to the installation team were great. They were very accommodating, pleasant, helpful and did a great job installing the heat pump. I highly recommend them for the best service and price overall.
