She dyed my hair gray when I asked for blonde. And refused to take accountability for it when I said something. It was really embarrassing to spend that much money for a color I never asked for and having to walk out like that. I’m not sure why she thought this was okay. But I’d advise not to let her near your hair. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
