Kept me waiting for a full HOUR before I saw the eye doctor, and acted as if that was just a normal day with nothing out of the ordinary. Either they’re super disorganized and run very late, or they over-book themselves just to take more people’s money. I won’t be back and will take the rest of my family elsewhere for their eye exams.
Phenomenal doctors! Amazing front desk staff. Always clean, friendly, & organized. Will never go to another optometrist! 10/10
The lack of one star is simply for the online scheduling. When I scheduled, it seemed the same as with any other online app where you select the time frame and you are then slotted into their schedule. Unfortunately, it simply is a request for that slot and you have to wait for somebody to confirm it. When I got there, and I was informed of this, I was very upset.
