Arielle is an amazing practitioner and by far the best therapist I’ve encountered since I started increasing my self care. I am a very seasoned (old) triathlete and have learned the key to my success on a course is not just the training regime but also recovery. If you are training, recovering or just need a “me moment”, I highly recommend Arielle. She is totally AWESOME!
Arielle is 1) the nicest person you will ever meet and 2) a great person to get a massage from! I've been going to her for about a year and a half now and every massage does not disappoint. She really focuses on the areas you ask for and has a great environment to relax in. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!
Arielle provided the best massage I've ever experienced. Her technique was both soothing and deeply therapeutic, perfectly targeting my areas of tension. She was attentive, professional, and created a relaxing atmosphere that made the session truly rejuvenating. I left feeling completely refreshed and can't recommend her highly enough.
