The best gym in South Florida. The owners/coaches are the best and members serious about fitness but also love to have fun.
A great gym with owners that not only talk the talk but also walk the walk. Programming is fun and functional...and will thoroughly kick your butt.
I love this place! I was very nervous to start personal training after a year of COVID habits but when I met with Stephany she was so knowledgeable, easy to talk to and up front about what I should expect and how my journey might go if I was willing to put in the work.
