I did a soundbath tonight with 2 friends. It was an amazing experience! We were nervous and didn't know what to expect but the ladies where really lovely and explained everything really clearly so we had no issues picking up the stretches and using the hammocks. We are really keen to come back and try some of the other classes Elevate offers!
Do yourself a favour & try aerial yoga! Gravity assisting with the lovely, long stretching poses makes it relaxing while still engaging for the body. Adrienne is a beautiful, patient instructor & I left the whole experience feeling invigorated yet completely relaxed, ready for a deep sleep. Can't wait to get back in the studio.
