Shelby is great! As a physical therapist I'm quite "picky" as to who I will go to for a massage.... and I will definitely be going back! You can tell she has a lot of experience and knew what my body needed today: I left feeling "lighter" somehow. She's also very easy and comfortable to be around, almost like a chameleon that matches your "energy" that you put out! I would definitely recommend her and will be telling my clients/friends about her as well.
Shelby is incredible--at her craft and as a human. She has experience working on professional athletes and took the skills she developed to bet on herself starting her own business. For the past 2 years, every time I've left her table I feel better, physically and emotionally. She is mindful of sensitive skin, accepting of all body types, and delivers the most efficient massage I've ever received. A true 10/10 professional!

There is no massage like a Shelby massage. If you are looking for a simple & relaxing spa treatment, look elsewhere. Shelby's specialty is sports massage & bodywork, and she is a true expert at her craft. Shelby is able to read your muscles and knows exactly where to go, and how long to stay there, to really address what causes aches and pains & assist in one's own wellness goals and routine.
