I like the classes and the instructors are great. However, I’m really disappointed with the management approach at Elevate Spin. I had an oversight and so I requested a simple extension on my last class credit so that I can use it and won't let it expire, and the response I received felt rigid and dismissive. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—just a bit of flexibility in the form of an extension; something my friend received when she asked for additional time for some pilates class passes at a different studio. Do not get the unlimited package. If you have any health concerns, ailments where you cant always make it to class, DO NOT SIGN UP! You require a doctor note to cancel subscription. You are charge through the roof. 176$ umlimited access. Weekends are pre booked full before you can blink. They do not offer steady times. 7:30am only monday wednesday friday. I’ve never taken a spin class before and I’m so glad my first was with elevate in Barhaven! Aleyna was a great instructor who made me feel comfortable at my fitness level and because the music is so fun, I ended up really getting into it! :) I will be back!
Elevate Spin is seriously one of my favourite places to be! I've been coming here for two years and the instructors push and encourage you in the best way! The workouts leave you feeling strong and energized. Definitely recommend :)
Elevate is everything a spin studio should be. Each person I’ve met has been so welcoming, warm and friendly. They clearly create a strong community that feels inclusive. Erica was my first instructor. She welcomed me at the door and made sure I was comfortable on my bike without highlighting to the whole class that I was new to the studio.
