After living in Reno for about 1.5 years and trying several salons/barbers, I can finally say I found a barber I really like! Stephanie is super professional, talented, and pays great attention to detail. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered a really clean, sharp haircut. Waited 3 hours for a walk-in and I was told I was next twice. I was there from 10-1pm being patient until I just left. Don't come here your better off at sports clips.
Just got a great brow wax from Stephanie! She is so professional and has an extreme attention to detail. Not afraid of the tweezers for final touchups, like so many other places. Elevate studios have a great vibe. I'll be booking a haircut with Stephanie next! So happy to have found this gem of a place. Thank you!
