Waited 3 hours for a walk-in and I was told I was next twice. I was there from 10-1pm being patient until I just left. Don't come here your better off at sports clips.
Just got a great brow wax from Stephanie! She is so professional and has an extreme attention to detail. Not afraid of the tweezers for final touchups, like so many other places. Elevate studios have a great vibe. I'll be booking a haircut with Stephanie next! So happy to have found this gem of a place. Thank you!

Stephanie use to cut my hair in San Diego a long time ago, and I just found her card in an old back pack I had, so I did a google search. Steph is THE absolute best stylist I have ever had in my life. And, such a sweet, beautiful lady! When I'm in Reno Steph, I'll definitely drop by for the throwback spikey highlights and fade!
