Erin is the best physiotherapist I’ve ever had. She’s incredibly considerate and caring, providing effective treatment and useful recovery advice. I highly recommend her.
Erin is one of the better physios I’ve seen for my pinched nerve injuries I had in my back, I was also getting tingling in my hands, I struggle with relaxing in general, and she reminded me to breathe and take deep breaths, suggested meditation too. Dry needling also helped. Bless Erin
