Previously Back In Motion Balwyn and we are now Elevate Physio & Pilates! Same director / owner, same great service but now a new name and fully family owned. At Elevate Physio Balwyn we work with you to overcome any current niggles, pain, injuries or conditions. Whether you’re an athlete recovering from injury or office worker wanting to improve your posture and manage pain, we want to help you elevate your health.

I cannot recommend Lachlan Foy at Elevate Physio highly enough. Lachlan always spends the time to understand both my injury and how it is impacting me, he explains how my treatment plan will rehabilitate my injury, and he physically demonstrates how to use any equipment I need to use in the impressive Elevate facilities. The Elevate facilities are also first class.
Lachlan Foy knows what he is doing and has helped me with my knee pain giving me back my mobility. He has also helped me with a bad back. A lovely young man who makes you feel at ease, listens and helps you understand how your body works and helps you with physio exercises to get well. I fully recommend Lachlan Foy. Ann
