I've had a great experience at Elevate. I can't recommend them enough. I'll always return there for my PT needs as they offer 1-1 care and are very knowledgeable and caring. I first worked with pelvic floor PT Rachel while I was pregnant and postpartum. She made me feel extremely comfortable. She practices with a trauma-informed lens.
