Blake was absolutely fantastic in tailoring physical therapy to my needs. He helped treat multiple injuries in different ways. I highly recommend Elevate for PT, especially for sport-related injuries and chronic pain treatment!

The best PTs in Chicago! Literally life savers! So knowledgable - specifically, for back injuries. Had a great experience and will definitely return if I ever need physical therapy in the future.
Blake and the entire team here are spectacular. I had chronic headaches that went undiagnosed for over a year, and within the first session Blake was able to identify it as a cervicogenic headache. I have been headache free ever since my second session. Everyone is extremely welcoming, kind, and professional. I cannot recommend this team enough!
