I cannot say enough good things about this clinic and their team of doctors (Dr. Casey & Dr. Webb) and Techs (Brittany & Rachel). Our Golden Retriever recently had a medical emergency which required immediate surgery on his tail. Once we explained what was going on, they squeezed us in for a late appointment at the end of the day, and were able to perform his surgery the following day - despite them having a completely full schedule. I have now been to Elevate on multiple occasions. Repeatedly I am impressed and incredibly appreciative of their efforts. Working with dogs is no easy feat. Owners can be complicated. Dogs can't speak English and sometimes try to bite your head off. As someone who comes from a family who owns a dog care business and run a dog rescue, some places just have that IT factor. Elevate and Dr. Sheen have been so wonderful to my older dog and me! I really appreciate the conservative/more natural approach they lead with while also making sure my dog has the best care. Grateful for their partnership as I navigate my old dog's health journey.
I have only been to Elevate Pet Wellness once for an initial consultation, with a follow-up already scheduled, and I can honestly say that if I have the choice, I will never go anywhere else. Dr. Casey and the entire team were incredibly patient with my timid dog, which immediately put both of us at ease.
