I love Elevate! I have cervical spine issues and through working with Josh with bodywork/massage as well as through the gym, I am now almost pain free. Josh is so knowledgeable about body mechanics and makes our workouts fun. I highly recommend Elevate!
I have had problems with a pinched nerve for the last 6 months and never fully recovered, my medical assistant mentioned possibly seeing Physical therapist or a Chiropractor and when I checked online I discovered Elevate and booked a new client assessment in Dec and it was a Great experience. I’ve been going to Elevate for about 4 months now and it’s completely changed my life. I’ve never been able to stick to a workout routine and typically after a month or so I don’t even feel like working out anymore. This is like something I’ve never experienced and I couldn’t be more obsessed. I feel great and I’m wearing clothes I’ve never fit into before. After the presidential traverse portion of my AT section hike, I was pretty beat up. I was too short notice to book a massage, but I was thrilled to do the 1 hour recovery session, which included compression boots, IR bath, and time in the sauna (with spotify!). The owner (a US army vet) demonstrated excellent knowledge of standard sports physiology as well as alternative and holistic therapies, and was very nice and welcoming. Thank you!
I have been limping for over 4 years due to a knee injury. Josh has worked with me for about 3 months and I am gaining every week. He is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend him!
