I have been limping for over 4 years due to a knee injury. Josh has worked with me for about 3 months and I am gaining every week. He is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend him!
Only my first visit but found Josh was very informative regarding issues I presented to him. Sent home with helpful exercises to try. Would recommend to try his services.

Very knowledgeable
The experience was not at all what I expected. It was a LOT better. I scheduled a back massage for my strained lower back. This was not my first CMT treatment in my life. I left Elevate feeling very limber on top of the pain relief/elimination. I also left with a lot of new knowledge of how to take care of my problem in the future.
