I’ve been going to Elevate for about 4 months now and it’s completely changed my life. I’ve never been able to stick to a workout routine and typically after a month or so I don’t even feel like working out anymore. After the presidential traverse portion of my AT section hike, I was pretty beat up. I was too short notice to book a massage, but I was thrilled to do the 1 hour recovery session, which included compression boots, IR bath, and time in the sauna (with spotify!). The owner (a US army vet) demonstrated excellent knowledge of standard sports physiology as well as alternative and holistic therapies, and was very nice and welcoming. Thank you!
I have been limping for over 4 years due to a knee injury. Josh has worked with me for about 3 months and I am gaining every week. He is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend him!
Only my first visit but found Josh was very informative regarding issues I presented to him. Sent home with helpful exercises to try. Would recommend to try his services.
