Not too happy with the people upstairs office chair wont stop rolling it back and forth all night and slamming i hardly get any sleep plus they dont clean up after their dog it's a big dog they are constantly fighting gets very annoying

I have been a Tennant for 10+years. Lisa and Christina are ABSOLUTELY the Best. All my concerns and issues have been dealt promptly and efficiently. Am so Grateful for their expertise. Always a pleasure seeing All the Sraff when I pay my rent .❤️😊
Do not communicate well. The ladies at the front desk are lovely and aren’t to be blamed for the poor service by landlords and property managers. We moved out a month ago and have yet to even receive a copy of our move out report. Or deposits. I have sent multiple emails over the last week and haven’t heard anything back. They are slow to get to repairs (however that can fall onto whoever they are managing for at the time as well).
