I have been a Tennant for 10+years. Lisa and Christina are ABSOLUTELY the Best. All my concerns and issues have been dealt promptly and efficiently. Am so Grateful for their expertise. Always a pleasure seeing All the Sraff when I pay my rent .❤️😊
Do not communicate well. The ladies at the front desk are lovely and aren’t to be blamed for the poor service by landlords and property managers. We moved out a month ago and have yet to even receive a copy of our move out report. Or deposits. I have sent multiple emails over the last week and haven’t heard anything back. They are slow to get to repairs (however that can fall onto whoever they are managing for at the time as well). Awful management. Just awful. 0 stars if that was a choice
Bought a condo being managed by this group back in the summer. If considering buying, I would recommend ensuring your potential property is not overseen by this group. I have sent many emails with no response and only seem to make head way when I take leave from my work day to go to their office. They have never set me up with info on the council meetings (despite requesting several times) and have failed to get back to me on any of my strata concerns (mice, security issues). Extremely dissatisfied. Way too many clients, councils left to constantly scramble to pick up the pieces. Very poor service and no accountability.
