Highly recommend Reg & Elevate Performance! Helped me through herniated disc rehabilitation and took the time to listen and come up with a tailored workout plan. Great setup with private PT room and adjacent gym.
Reg is awesome. He's a great listener and gets to the heart of the issue quickly. He's helped with my knee and shoulder in far fewer sessions that traditional PT. Highly recommend!
