Great initial evaluation and treatment session today. Had dry needling therapy and focused on some key strengthening / stretching routines for the next week. Feel very confident on my rehab plan!
I can’t say enough good things about Reg. He’s incredibly kind, accommodating, and truly listens to what’s going on with your body instead of taking a one-size-fits-all approach. I just started working with him toward the end of this year, but for the first time in a long time I finally feel like I have a clear, realistic plan to help heal my body. He’s flexible, attentive, and makes every session feel intentional and supportive. So grateful to be working with him — highly recommend!
