I've heard and seen some good things about this place, but boy was I blown away! Upon walking in Micki greeted me enthusiastically with a great, big smile welcoming me in and immediately asking what can she get started for me. I explained that I had never been to Elevate before and this was my first time being here. She gave me the run down on how everything worked.
