I called to set an appointment at 1pm for Jan 31st to only have the engine bay of my car washed and was given an address off of hawkins to take my car to.I explained I needed an appt since I would be driving all the way from canutillo to the car wash I arrived at 12:55 only to be told they are running behind by about an hour I explained that was the whole reason behind setting up the appointment. Guy told me to come back in an hour. Turned out to be a waste of my time and gas.

I really can't judge the service because I was not serviced by them. I can only talk about customer service: the lady gave me a price of$60 for cleaning/detailing my car. I did tell her my car was very dirty and had cats hair, cat pee and stains. I sent her pictures and after two hours later she said thru text that it will be$15 more. She didn't sound very confident the first time I talked to her and I didn't think$60 would get my car clean considering the condition it was in.

5 star service always. Aaron is such a joy to be around and he does impeccable work. We’re a family of 7 so my van is a total disaster and Aaron makes it look show room new every time. 10/10 recommend every day of the week.

Great service, would recommend them any time. Made my vehicle look beyond great. Brought the new car shine out with there ceramic coat product. Very professional and great overall service. Will have them detail my other vehicles. Thank you!!!!
