10/10. I can't express how wonderful Vicki is. I just had my first consultation today at the Burwood clinic and from the moment I emailed prior to booking, she couldn't have been more kind and helpful. During the consult, she was very thorough, knowledgeable, great at explaining everything and makes you feel so comfortable and cared for. I have left with a clear understanding on how to improve my pelvic floor muscles and its current state. The clinic itself was beautiful and very clean. Highly recommend.
Brilliant experience from start to finish. Lovely helpful reception people, gorgeous relaxing atmosphere, calming art and very comfortable seating. A very unique and lovely experience. Dr Cheng was thoughtful, thorough, holistic and professional yet not intimidating. I felt heard, seen and cared for. I will definitely be returning for my future medical needs.
