I absolutely LOVE Elevate. This is my second time receiving Botox here and the nurse practitioner is knowledgeable and confident. Not only is she quick but she noted my previous units and where she injected me last time, and confirmed if I wanted the same this visit, so I was in and out. I am very happy with the communication as well. I always wait a few times to give a review on services such as Botox but I should’ve wrote this review months ago. Excellent experiences for the last year! I call or email all the time with any questions! I love the 3 month testing and then the one to one attention I get regarding my health and blood work! 5 stars all the way around to the secretaries, nurses and doctors who support your health journey! 46 and feel like I’m in my 30s I just have to watch the diet, and not have too many drinks too often haha
