I just had an awesome deep tissue massage with Christina! She took her time and really only focused on my problems areas. I feel so much better and will be booking more often through the week!

Maybe they should remember the customer always comes first. In this case, they've made it very clear they will support their own greedy desires at the cost of an unhappy customer. Want a 50 minute massage that only lasts 40 minutes, and then be asked to provide a hefty tip afterwards? This is the place for you!
I do not recommend this place — it felt like a scam. Zero customer service or professionalism. My sister booked a massage for me under her name, and because I wasn’t the person who made the booking, they charged me a $20 fee, claiming it was part of their policy. That makes no sense at all — this isn’t a hospital or a legal office. Why should it matter who booked it if it was already paid for? The massage was scheduled from 8:00 to 8:50.
