Jenna does amazing work. I regularly went to her studio for about 4 years. I stopped going because she has very strict studio policies that seem to only apply to customers, but not to her. There were multiple occasions where she was running late, the appointment before mine went long, or she emailed me with short notice requests to change my appointment. I’ve been going to Elevate for a couple of years now for lash lifts and brow tint/lamination and I wouldn’t trust anyone else that close to my eyes. A few minutes with Jenna and you can really tell she’s top tier at what she does. The studio is clean and comfortable, my lashes and brows last really well and I love how natural everything looks. I feel bad leaving negative reviews and barely ever make them but I was just so uncomfortable both times I went here. I should start with ~ Jenna is great at doing lashes! However after getting a lash lift twice with Jenna I would not go back. If you try to ask questions (I had questions about the heating technique as had only had chemical before) she will go out of her way to not answer you and instead tell you to do her course if you want to learn more. Jenna is amazing! She is so gentle and really listens to what you are going for. I struggled with my brows for years and she made them look amazing the first time! So glad I went in for a brow wax and shaping.
