I had a disappointing experience with this clinic. Despite being marketed as an active business, it is permanently closed. I was informed that the closure was due to a flood, but it seems the real reason was a failure to meet financial obligations, such as unpaid rent and wages. Unfortunately, I am unable to get a refund for services or gift cards purchased worth thousands of dollars. I would advise caution before engaging with the owner Mina.
I have been going to Elevate since it opened and have had nothing but positive experiences. It is a beautiful clinic and the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. I recently had my first Morpheus treatment done at Elevate and saw great results even after one session…can’t wait for the next!! They offer a variety of services at more than fair prices ….plus, they carry my favourite skin care line (ZO)……what more can you ask for!!????
I misplaced my blood requisition form and reached out to request a new one from them. It took over a month to get a copy sent to me and I had to call and email several times which got progressively more frustrating. Finally got a copy of the requisition that I paid over $800 for and completed the testing only to have absolutely zero follow up from them on the results. It’s now been a month since collection date. Extremely disappointed in this clinic, just go to your GP.
