I can't say enough wonderful things about Beth and my experience with her today. I've been literally suffering from Frozen shoulder for over 17 months now and it's quite debilitating. I've had pain, restricted movement. I've tried chiropractic care, softwave therapy, and other theraputic massage with little progress or much help. I've been dealing with headaches and tight neck muscles. After the massage I had greater range of motion in my neck and the muscles were less tight. It was very helpful.
Best massage therapist i’ve had. She ‘s very understanding and patient with my crappy schedule. I was a little skeptical when I first met her because she was kinda small and soft spoken, but she really gets in there and removes those knots man. Good at her job for sure. She’s also very easy to talk to. I particularly like the icy hot on my back at the end. You really leave feeling refreshed and tension free. 100% recommend. Oh and also she works with the VA, fyi to all vets with VA healthcare.

I had a great experience at Elevate Integration Bodyworks! Beth is incredibly knowledgeable and did an excellent job treating areas I’ve been struggling with for a long time. The environment is clean, with good music and a relaxing atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back for more treatments in the future!
