I've been going to Elizabeth for almost two years and she's the best massage therapist I've ever worked with. I've had knots on my back, and stiffness in my neck and lower back and she works them out with deep slow pressure. She's very knowledgable and always attending classes to get better at her craft. Highly recommend if you're looking for long term pain relief.

Beth is great, I’ve dealt with severe foot/ankle pain for almost 20 years. Since starting therapy with her she has assisted in not only pain but mobility! Highly recommend especially if you suffer chronic muscular and joint pain.
