Easy check-in and for my visit was quiet and peaceful. Pool was warm and clean. Staff was friendly and courteous.
Our family has been staying at this hotel during our bi-monthly trips to Ruidoso to spend time with our son, and over the past few months it has truly felt like more than just a place to stay — it has felt like a home away from home. Booked my stay as a last minute, spontaneous bday getaway and Alex, the front desk associate, was amazing! He made sure we got checked in quickly and helped us out w toiletries 🪥🪥🧼 since we had nothing!! lol needless to say I will definitely be coming back and hopefully soon! Thank you Alex!!
Called this #, was told we'd save $15 service fee by reserving online but if we made reservation w/lady on the phone, fee would be waived. Was quoted $118 (no mention that didnt invlude tax or the $15 fee we were ultimatelycharged). Checking in, I was told between taxes+hotel service fee, price was $149.58. Guy behind me, reserving at desk was told his room would be slightly more expensive as basic rooms were full...he got a king with a suite for $123, and $146 with taxes (no service fee).
