Let me start off by saying this is thee best hotel my spouse and I have ever experienced for many reasons. As soon as you walk in, it smells very nice. Front desk staff was attentive, professional, & pleasant. (April & Alex were awesome!!) That right away sets the mood! They also have complimentary deodorant up front. Nous avons séjourné à l’hôtel durant une période de rénovation (affiliation à un grand groupe) sans que cela ne gêne. L’hôtel était bien rénové par rapport aux visuels de la réservation que nous avions vus et ce fut une très bonne surprises Le personnel était au top, agréable, poli et accueillant. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et plutôt bon. Coup de cœur pour la piscine agréable, chaude et le spa très appreciable!

Clean room, great pool, good breakfast selections and really great staff. Would love thicker towels. Bed was comfy. 2nd floor view was good. Loved the view while in the pool.
