Made it VERY complicated..I had to do it all myself when I paid for the full service for them to do it for me.. they would put me on a call back list.. I get called back an they immediately hang up the phone wich happened 3 times.. took 5 hours then the people who kept hanging up on me yesterday call back the following Thanksgiving morning waking me up 2 diffrent times.. if it wasn't for me caring it would not have got completed.. they said they are refunding me.. we will see if that happens.. Holistics Medical was the most friendly and easiest to work with. Always available by phone for immediate help. They took care of me in the matter of minutes. A wonderful experience! I will defiantly use them again when I need to renew my card!
This was a very easy process. The doctor was nice, informative and helpful. I did the full service and it was great not having to do the extra step of doing the extra steps to register. Extremely easy process highly recommend!
