Love love love this place! I am 6 months into my pole fitness journey and have never felt so supported and empowered by instructors and fellow students.
Just took my first class out of the beginner series and loved it. Juliet is professional and passionate which makes the class very comfortable and fun. I’m excited to continue, learn more and see improvements! If you’re looking for a different type of workout or need a confidence boost then I would highly recommend elevate of Hickory!
I absolutely love Elevate! It is my favorite day of the week. This is a safe, non-judgmental place for anyone. It is just girls being girls and the most fun workout you could ever do. I’m able to do things I never imagined. It is good for the body, mind, and soul. I love everything about this place!
Love this studio! If you're looking to get fit and strong this is such a fantastic way to do it. The ladies here offer a welcoming environment where you feel the freedom to be your authentic self while learning new ways to move your body and grow in ways you never thought you could! I cannot recommend this studio enough!
