Several years ago, I started seeing Dr. Plymel. From the start, I liked her, as I felt she “saw” me for me, and that I wasn’t just another patient. I so appreciated her taking the time to get to know me! Since that time, she has regulated my hormones, and I feel the best I have in many, many years, and I have lots of energy. I highly recommend her! As a matter of fact, I just recommended her to my daughter and to a friend.
Wow! What an amazing and pleasant experience. Dr. Karen Plymel is the most brilliant, compassionate, and helpful physician I have ever been to! Dr. Plymel listened patiently and reviewed my history like no other doctor has before. She took time to carefully examine me as an individual and not just another number. She also took time to explain things in a way I could understand and come up with a plan for my treatment. After only 2 months, I feel a million times better! Elevate Health and Dr. Plymel have changed my life!

I am sad to have to review this way, but I had been very very ill from 2017, ongoing. I had some testing in 2020 by Dr Smith her predecessor, which said I had Lyme disease. I went to some lyme literate doctors and got some help but continued to see Dr Plymel because I thought she was very smart. I have been an RN since 1990 and have done a lot of my own research on different illnesses involving my health and for hormone testing.
