I had a great experience with Vahn! The massage felt amazing, and the back cracking was such a relief. He made sure I was comfortable throughout and took the time to focus on where I was feeling tense. I left feeling so much better. Thank you, Vahn!
Update: August 12, 2026 Age: 82 I cannot speak highly enough of the team here at Elevate... from my immediate trainer, Christon, to Ankha, Van, Mo, and of course the smiling warm personality of Ashley's... All have helped me and become my goto health family since my near death bout with covid in 2021. I'm writing this today because I just returned from my cardiologist after receiving my angiogram results. I was greeted there today with a big smile and amongst other comments a big statement that my health clinic and trainers ... read more
My experience was absolutely incredible. Vahn is a very professional and knows his stuff. One of the kindest people I have ever met.Forever thankful and grateful I came here while my lower back is in excruciating pain while on a trip to Toronto. Thank you vahn so much again, I’ll be back!!
