Was having an increase in headaches and migraines, and was referred by a friend to Dana L. at Elevate for TMJ massage treatment. From the first visit, Dana actively listened to my concerns, and we approached my treatment with a mutually agreed-upon plan. After a few visits, I noted a decrease in my symptoms and my headaches and jaw pain are now few and far between. The staff at Elevate are friendly and easy-going.
I’ve had the pleasure of going to elevate for all kinds of services. It’s my new regular location. They have a beautiful calming environment, a cute little boutique and some really talented practitioners. Lyndsay is at the front desk and makes you feel so welcomed and supported right away! I want to share my experience. I first went there to see a Osteopath for help with my posture because of my job. Jeff the Osteopath did do a assessment I thought was pretty great. He evaluated where throughout the body he needs to work on. He showed me the pictures with angles of areas that need work. He said he would re-evaluate in 3 months to see how the therapy is going. Do yourself a favour and book with Michelle. You will not regret it. She is extremely informative and has the best pressure! My body felt like jell-o walking out and all my tension the following day has been lifted. By far one of the best massages I have ever received! :)
