I have been seeing Alexandra from Elevate Health for years for my facial massages, and she is truly amazing. Hugo, Paul and the team at Elevate are phenomenal. I had a severe quad tendon tear injury which they have both been assisting in rehabilitating and providing exercise programs for over the last two years, to the point where I am now comfortable enough to go snowboarding again, which I didn't think would be possible.
