This was my first visit today with Dr Mandy Swinden and i was very pleased with the overall outcome. I did not get the name of the administration personall but she was so nice! Dr Swinden was very knowledgeable and understood what needed to be addressed with little information so i felt very comfortable. I will return for future visits .

I've been seeing Vicky Gonzalez at Elevate Functional Health for a chronic lower back issue, and the experience has been excellent. Instead of just treating the symptoms, she identified that the root cause was tight hips and built the treatment around that. After several sessions, my lower back pain has completely resolved and hasn't returned. I had severe pinched nerve that was causing pain in my neck, back and arm . My range of motion was very limited. the treatment is worth it. As someone who has had a lot of prolotherapy and different treatments I would Definitely recommend Mandy. I have a lot of injuries and although I Don't like needles I will keep going back as needed because the results are great.
