I have had an amazing experience working out here. The staff and people create a family environment where it's more than just a gym. This place is easily the best thing I will miss about Jacksonville. The coaches are very supportive and work as a team to cultivate real results. They offer dietary guidance and a support group on Facebook to help keep you motivated. Changed my understanding of what a gym can be.
Great high-energy gym with motivating coaches who make intense workouts fun and effective.
New to this place. So far so good! Flexible class schedule and a non pretentious environment. Only a week in but pretty good 👍
