Best gym you will ever go to in your life
Easily the best gym I have ever stepped foot into. Pete and Mel are absolute legends and have created such an awesome community for Littlehampton & surrounding town locals. I was never excited about attending a gym and tried several that I didn’t have the motivation to stick with. These guys make it so easy to slot in to your day that it just becomes part of your lifestyle. Would recommend to anyone of any fitness level 🩵
Pete and Mel tailor your work out to you! The gym has a great community feel with lots of fun and encouragement! They focus on technique and help you achieve your goals at your best pace. Highly recommend for general fitness and rehabilitation.
